The Merchants House of Glasgow – Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of THE MERCHANTS HOUSE OF GLASGOW will be held on Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at 12 Noon within the Merchants Grand Hall, 7 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BA, for the following purposes:

1. The Approval of the Annual Report and Accounts of the House for the year ended 31st December 2025
2. The election of the Lord Dean of Guild
3. The election of the Vice Dean
4. The election of Directors
5. The reappointment of Wbg Audit Limited as the House’s auditors

The meeting will start at 12 noon followed by lunch. The event is expected to conclude around 2pm
