“People living with dementia deserve to enjoy and look forward to attending the theatre; something that they may have done their whole lives. Support from The Merchants House of Glasgow enabled 294 people living with dementia in Glasgow to attend a live opera performance. By accessing this positive social and cultural opportunity, we reduced their isolation and improved their quality of life.
