Introducing Craig Vickery

We are delighted to introduce Craig Vickery as the new CEO & Collector of The Merchants House of Glasgow.

Well-known within Glasgow and Scotland’s business community Craig is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of commercial and technical experience. Craig’s previous roles include Head of ACCA Scotland and more recently a broad range of consultancy projects.

Now several weeks into his new role Craig said “I am excited at the opportunity to play my part in the future of The Merchants House of Glasgow.  My desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others, through what I do, is complemented by the activities of the House.  I very much look forward to meeting with local charity representatives, and the membership to build on the strong foundations, traditions and history of the House.”

The Lord Dean of Guild, May Storrie CBE added, “Craig brings extensive experience and shares the same values as our organisation. He is the ideal person to take the reins and continue to move the House forward.”
