The GKexperience

The GK Experience works with some of the most incredible young people from Glasgow’s most disadvantaged neighbourhoods. ​

The team offer young people the chance to be part of shaping superb experiences of community. They also provide a context which improves wellbeing, builds long term supportive relationships, encourages growth and change, fosters leadership, develops resilience and makes aspirations a reality.

The Merchants House of Glasgow recently awarded a grant to support their work, of which John Kewley, Chief Executive said:

“The GKexperience is very grateful for the grant of £3,500 awarded by The Merchants House.  The grant will allow us to run our school holiday residential programme located in beautiful and remote parts of Scotland. This programme provides good food, improves health and wellbeing, develops confidence and fosters leadership.”
